The flat is on the 1st floor and there is also a large lift to get there, where you can also load your pram or whatever you want to carry. It is suitable for a family with 1 or 2 children or for a group of up to 4 people, because inside you will have a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the kitchen. The bathroom is blind, but equipped with an extractor fan and shower cubicle. 

 

The location is convenient for the centre, which is 200 metres away. To go to the sea you have to walk along Via Dei lecci which is full of shops (supermarket, newsagent, bar, clothes shop) and on the way back from the sea you can do your shopping.
