This terraced house is in a very quiet location in a residential area that also offers a nice green park.

 

The small villa has its own entrance from a private courtyard. It is divided into two floors: first floor and second floor. On the first floor you have the dining room with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed that can be opened easily; a bathroom - laundry room equipped with shower cubicle and washing machine. Moreover, if you want to eat outside, just outside the front door you will have a comfortable terrace equipped with an awning with table and chairs all to yourselves!

 

To go up to the second floor there is a very comfortable wooden staircase. Above you have a large double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, windowed bathroom with shower cubicle. The cottage is ideal if you are a family with 4 children or if you are a group of 6 persons.

 

The nearest beach can be reached by walking along Via dei Lecci and is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds for hire, but if you prefer to stay on the free beach, you need only walk 50 metres to find it. In addition to a couple of bars where you can have lunch or refresh yourself with a drink or an ice cream, you will find in the park preceding the beach, a tennis court, two basketball courts, a children's play area and various walking and cycling paths.

 

The centre is a two-minute walk away. The first shops you will find are a supermarket, a rotisserie, a newsagent and a pizzeria/restaurant.
