This small flat will allow you to reach the beach in a few steps and in only 2 minutes the centre of Eraclea Mare and all the shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours.

 

The villa in which it is inserted is of few units and in particular this apartment, being on the first floor, has a beautiful view of the pine forest. Sitting on the terrace you can enjoy the tranquility that nature offers.  

 

We recommend it for families or groups of 3/4 people, because it has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed that can be opened as needed. For example, if there are 3 of you, you can open only one of the two single beds. The kitchen is not large, but very cosy and overlooks the small terrace. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and is decorated with coloured stones.

 

The beach opposite has everything you need. There are bathing establishments that rent umbrellas, a play area for children, recreational activities for young and old and a bar, where they also serve hot food at lunchtime. So you won't have to go home for lunch, even though this flat's location is very close.
