If you want to walk a few steps to the sea, we recommend this flat. It is 150 metres from the beach and in two minutes you can be lying in the sun! On the beach you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds at the various bathing establishments, or you can set yourself up with your own umbrella on the public beach, which is just a few metres from the paid one. You will also find a well-equipped kiosk where you can have a drink or an ice cream, or a plate of pasta at lunchtime.

 

The location is ideal!  It is inside the pinewood of Eraclea Mare in a very quiet area and to get to the centre you will have to walk only 100 metres. You will immediately find all the services: a supermarket, a newsagent, various restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours. 

 

The flat, which is on the 1st floor, has its own entrance from a private staircase with safety gates for children. As soon as you go upstairs you will find yourself on a large terrace overlooking the pine forest. Here you can have lunch outside and relax! We recommend it for those seeking contact with nature and peace. Inside, 4 people can sleep in the double bedroom, which also has a bunk bed, so no one has to sleep in the kitchen. The bathroom is windowed and bright. All the rooms have windows and are equipped with mosquito nets.
