The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building on the edge of the pineta. The location is quiet but in just 5 minutes you will find the shops, a supermarket, butcher’s, newsagent’s, bars, and restaurants.

In front of the apartment you will see a small road that enters the pineta, after a short walk through the pine wood; you’ll arrive at the beach. The beach is both free and busy with bathing establishments that rent beach umbrellas and sun loungers. You can choose where to relax! A small little beach bar offers snacks, ice creams and fresh drinks.

The entrance to the apartment is from the large terrace that extends throughout the accommodation, all the rooms overlook it. Inside a large and bright dining room, a small well-equipped kitchenette, 2 large double bedrooms perfect if you are 2 couples or if you are a family with 2 children.

The windowed bathroom has a shower cubicle with folding screen. Ideal for people with disabilities, as there is no shower tray that prevents access to the shower. The apartment offers a carport inside the exclusive garden where you can park your car.
