If you are a couple or a couple with a child, this mini apartment is perfect for you. It is convenient for the centre that is only 10 m away, but at the same time it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. A bakery, an ice-cream shop / bar, various shops and pizzerias restaurants are within easy reach.

The beach is 250 m away and after a short walk through the pine forest, you will find yourself at the beach. There are several bathing establishments that can rent parasols and sun loungers. The nearest beach bar besides serving ice cream and soft drinks, offers hot dishes and snacks at lunch time.

It is located on the ground floor of a small building of only 5 units and has its own independent entrance. Although not large it has a dining / cooking area and a sofa bed for the 3rd person. A wall divides the sleeping area where a double bed with a bridge closet leaves room for a camping cot if you want to bring one or, you can hire it from us.

This type of apartment has two different solutions regarding the bathroom; there is the possibility of a shower cubicle or a shower with a curtain.
