The comfort of this apartment is that being on the ground floor the kids can go out to play in the garden of the villa and if there are elderly people, they will only have 2 steps to enter the house.

Inside you will have 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the kitchen. Also, the two bathrooms, both with shower, are very handy when you are in a big group! Just outside the house you will also have a table with chairs to enjoy the pine forest and also the two parking spaces reserved for the apartment are very useful for a group of 10 people.

The centre is just a 5 minute walk and you will reach it by crossing the pineta. The first shops you will find are a supermarket, butcher, an ice cream parlour, a bar and a restaurant / pizzeria.

The beach in front of the villa is well served by various bathing establishments that rent beach umbrellas and sun loungers. In addition, behind the beach a children's play area, basketball court, tennis court and various cycling paths are at your disposal.
